Warranty & Product Guarantee

At MiniBikeFrame.com, we take pride in the quality of our fabrication and materials. We stand behind our products and want you to ride with confidence. Please review the terms of our limited warranty below.

1. Warranty Duration

  • Frames & Swingarms: 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Forks, Handlebars, & Structural Components: 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Non-Structural Parts (fenders, brackets, hardware, bearings, etc.): 30 days from the date of delivery, unless they arrive defective (see “Dead on Arrival” below).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

2. What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Examples of covered defects include:

  • Cracked or broken welds that occur during normal riding (not due to impact or crash).
  • Misaligned neck tubes, engine plates, or axle tabs that prevent proper assembly out of the box.
  • Bent or warped frame components caused by improper jigging during manufacturing.
  • Defective powder coat (e.g., excessive flaking or peeling within the first 30 days under normal conditions).

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  1. Repair the item at no charge (if feasible),
  2. Replace the item with the same or equivalent product,
  3. Issue a partial refund to cover local repair costs (e.g., at a local welding shop), or
  4. Issue a full refund if repair or replacement is not practical.

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Modification: Welding, cutting, heating, bending, drilling, or altering the frame or component in any way.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Jumping, racing, overloading beyond rated capacity, or using the product for anything other than its intended purpose.
  • Improper Assembly: Incorrect installation of engine, wheels, brakes, or other components that causes stress or damage.
  • Lack of Maintenance: Rust or corrosion resulting from neglect, exposure to the elements, or failure to maintain painted/powder coated surfaces.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, chips, fading, rust, worn bearings, stretched chains, or cosmetic damage from regular use.
  • Impact or Accident: Damage caused by crashes, collisions, drops, or shipping damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Third-Party Components: Engines, clutches, tires, chains, or any parts not manufactured by MiniBikeFrame.com are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
  • Commercial Use: Rental fleets, commercial operations, or any use generating income unless expressly approved in writing.

Note: Any repair or modification performed by someone other than MiniBikeFrame.com without prior authorization voids this warranty.

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the defect/damage, the packaging, and the shipping label, then email them to info@minibikeframe.com.

  • For shipping damage: We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
  • For manufacturing defects: We will send a prepaid return label for the defective item and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied, as carriers require prompt notification.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@minibikeframe.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. We may ask for additional photos or request that you ship the item back for inspection.
  3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will provide one of the remedies listed in Section 2. We will cover shipping costs for the return of defective items and the shipment of replacements.
  4. Claim Denial: If the claim is denied, we will explain the reason and provide options for repair or replacement at a discounted rate if possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

MiniBikeFrame.com’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above. In no event shall MiniBikeFrame.com be liable for:

  • Labor costs, towing, or transportation expenses,
  • Damage to other components, vehicles, or property,
  • Personal injury or death,
  • Loss of use, time, or income,
  • Any incidental or consequential damages.

Safety Warning: Mini bikes are inherently dangerous. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the product is assembled correctly, maintained properly, and used in a safe and legal manner. Always wear appropriate safety gear.

7. State Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
