A brand that wants to feel like a fellow rider, not just a manufacturer.
Our Roots: Built, Not Bought
MiniBikeFrame.com started the way most great builds do—in a messy garage with a sketchpad, a tape measure, and a desire to go faster than we probably should. We aren’t a faceless corporation; we are riders, welders, and tinkerers who believe that the soul of a mini bike lives in its geometry.
We noticed that the market was flooded with either flimsy, disposable frames or overpriced rollers that took the "fun" out of the budget. We created MiniBikeFrame.com to fill that gap.
Solid frame. The coating is durable and the welds are clean. Minor paint chip on the underside
Perfect SKZ coated frame. The powder coat is thick and the color is gorgeous. Highly recommend.
Good quality frame. The coating is even and strong. Minor scuff on the bottom
Great frame. The coating is very durable and the geometry is exact. My build came out amazing.
The Art of the Frame
We specialize in one thing: the chassis. By focusing purely on the frame, we ensure that every gusset is placed for strength, every neck angle is set for stable steering, and every motor mount is aligned for perfect chain tension. Whether you are dropping in a mild 212cc Predator or a heavily modified Stage 4 engine, our frames are built to handle the torque without twisting.
Your Canvas Awaits
A frame is more than metal—it’s the beginning of a story. We provide the bones; you provide the personality. We love seeing what our community builds on our platforms, from backyard cruisers to drag-strip monsters.
Thick Skin
We use heavy-gauge steel tubing that outlasts the engines you bolt to it.
Precision Jigs
Every frame is welded in a fixture, ensuring your wheels track straight and your forks line up perfectly.
Universal Fit
Designed to accept the most common wheel sizes, brake setups, and engine plates on the market.
